She built agency teams from the inside.
Sara has spent her career on the other side of the table. She and Adam co-founded two agencies together, a community-driven agency and Creative Science, and she went on to be COO of one and CEO of the other.
The community-driven agency, which Adam founded in 2013, grew around a community of tradespeople and the brands that sell to them. Sara built it for nearly 13 years, from business development and brand relations all the way to CEO, and in February 2025 she led its acquisition of a creator management business. Creative Science is a DTC media buying, creative and attribution agency. She knows what an early hire does to a company because she has made them.
