For candidates
A move that’s wrong for you is wrong for us.
On a permanent role, our guarantee to the founder runs for six months from your first day. If the move doesn’t work out, we do the search again for nothing. So we’ve no reason to talk you into a role.

What to expect
If the role is wrong for you, we’ll tell you.
Even if it costs us the fee. We’d rather lose a placement than put you somewhere you’ll leave.
“From the very beginning, he was incredibly honest and transparent, which put me completely at ease.”

1 Read the page, then apply on it
Every role has its own page: the job, the company and, wherever we can publish them, who you’d report to and the pay. On most roles we ask a few short questions about the job itself. Answer them properly. We read them before your CV.
2 We talk
If it looks like a fit, we’ll arrange a proper conversation: where you are, what you want next, and whether this is the right move for you.
3 Sometimes, a short task
For some roles there’s a short task built from the real job. It’s there so the founder sees how you think, as well as where you’ve been.
4 You meet the founder
We help you prepare for each stage and we help you through the offer. The decision is yours.
5 After you start
We stay in touch, and we want to know how it’s going.
Replies
If there’s a fit, you’ll hear from us.
We read every application, starting with your answers. Some roles draw more than a hundred, so we can’t reply to everyone. If you don’t hear back, it isn’t a judgement on you, and you’re welcome to apply for another role.
Who sees what
- When you apply for a role, your application is shared with the hiring team for that role. The form says so before you send it.
- Tell us about yourself on this page and it stays with us. We don’t pass it to a founder without asking you.
- You can pause, withdraw or come back at any point. Nothing is held against you.
Tell us about you.
We’re not a job board, so we can’t promise a match. If a search comes up that fits, we’ll come to you.
PS, Adam
Some of my favourite conversations this year have been with people we didn’t place. The ones who felt respected enough to stay in touch.
