  • Adam Callow

    Adam has hired more than 100 people: over 50 into his own agencies, and more than 50 for other founders. He’s a qualified coach, and he’s the person you’ll speak to first.

    Before Puck, Sam ran his own design and product business. He owns everything a client or candidate touches, from our software to the way a short list is presented.

What we believe

The difference between scaling and stalling is who you hire.

I’ve watched some hires transform a company, and I’ve watched others grind everything to a halt. Telling the two apart before the offer goes out is the whole job.

So we look for two things in a person: they’ve done the job, and they can handle what the job becomes.

And we built our own software to run the process in the background. Not to replace the human bit. To protect it.
