A lighting brand growing like software.

TwinklingTree sells decorative lighting people fall a little bit in love with. Fairy-lit trees, tulip lamps, glowing gardens. Warmth you can plug in.

More on the part

You won’t just recommend tests. You find the opportunity, shape the offer, write the copy, coordinate development and QA, launch, analyse and decide what happens next.

Pricing, bundles and major offer changes go to a weekly commercial meeting. You bring the recommendation and the evidence.

The first ninety daysOne number, set before you start.
  1. Days 1 to 30

    Find the bottlenecks.

Audit the highest-traffic products, funnels and offers. Build a prioritised backlog and a reporting baseline. Launch the first high-confidence tests.

  2. By day 60

    Build the rhythm.

Turn the first results into commercial learnings, double down on what wins, and speed up a reliable workflow from research to QA.

  3. By day 90

    Move the number.

Revenue per visitor up 20%, with a 30% stretch, while protecting contribution margin. A pipeline for 10+ live tests a month, and the next quarter’s roadmap.

05 · What the seat offers

06 · Cue sheet

What gets you a reply.

Four gates. This isn’t an entry-level role. Clear all four and apply with your strongest landing pages, copy and measurable experiments.

  1. Gate 01

    3+ years in growth

In growth, CRO or ecommerce, with at least two of them working with DTC brands or a specialist DTC agency.

  2. Gate 02

    Results you can show

Landing pages, offers or journeys you personally improved, with the commercial result.

  3. Gate 03

    Copy and testing

Strong direct-response copywriting, and controlled tests you can design and read honestly.

  4. Gate 04

    You own the whole loop

Research, briefs, development coordination, QA and reporting, without waiting to be told what to test next.

Nice to have: seven to nine-figure ecommerce brands, Convert.com, VWO or Optimizely, Microsoft Clarity, Converge or GA4, paid-social advertorials and message-matched pages, contribution-margin wins, basic design, HTML or CSS, AI-assisted growth workflows.

PS, Shannon

Don’t tell us you’re passionate. Tell us what you did, what broke and what you’d do differently. That’s the application a founder remembers, and it’s the one I’ll pick up the phone for.
